Learn how to make Restaurant Style 'PANEER CRISPY' with our chef Tarika Singh.<br /><br />Ingredients for Fried Paneer:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 2 tbsp Cornflour <br />- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour<br />- 1 tsp Ginger Paste<br />- 1 tsp Garlic Paste<br />- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce<br />- Water<br />- 200 gms Paneer<br /><br />Ingredients for Corn Flour Slurry:<br />- 1 tbsp Water<br />- 1 tbsp Cornflour<br /><br />Ingredients for Gravy:<br />- 1 tbsp Garlic(minced)<br />- 1/2 tbsp Ginger(minced)<br />- 1 Spring Onion White(sliced)<br />- 1 Green Chilli(slit)<br />- 1 Capsicum(chopped)<br />- Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce<br />- 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup<br />- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce<br />- 1/4 cup Water<br />- Salt<br />- Corn Flour Slurry<br />- 1/4 tsp Vinegar <br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat oil in a pan<br />2. Take cornflour in a bowl, and add all purpose flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, dark soy sauce, water to it, and whisk it to make a batter <br />3. Now,coat these paneer with the batter, and start frying these paneer in the hot oil <br />4. Fry these paneer evenly on all the sides, and take it out in a plate <br />5. Now take water in a bowl, and add cornflour to it <br />6. Mix it and keep it aside<br />7. Now, on a low flame, heat oil in a pan, and add minced garlic- ginger in it <br />8. Mix it, till the raw smell of ginger-garlic goes away<br />9. Add sliced white spring onion, slit green chilli, chopped green capsicum, black pepper powder to the pan and mix it <br />10. Now, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, water to the pan and mix it<br />11. Add salt to the pan, along with the corn flour slurry, and mix it <br />12. Now, add fried paneer to the pan; coat it with the gravy and add vinegar to it<br />13. Mix it, take it out and serve it
